Every one has got his or her own view point.

We all argue at times – with our colleagues, with our Boss, with our brother / sister / relative and here and there!

At times it happen that at the end of argument, we feel bad – we feel frustrated – we feel that this argument should not have taken place at all!

Very Interesting and really good. I personally prefer not to exist on an extreme pole. This would make me to establish the arguments of multiple sides, more like pros and cons and in fact all in th gray scale. This way it is always win win situation, as none is MY argument of one side only.

My teacher/mentor used to say, “Immature person wins the argument but lose the friend, while wise man can lose the argument but win the friend.”

Win-win is a give-and-take attitude/approach, Where give come “first” i.e., give-first-and-then-take…..opposite will not work very well.
