About the Program: This program is specially designed to provide the young graduates and “to be” job seekers to tune them to get their dream job. The program is based on the book by the trainer on resume writing and interviewing skills. The program is developed based on the practical experience of the trainer to interview, select and decline thousands of candidates during his experience of over a decade. The program is aligned with the modern day need of the organizations and how these needs should and can be reflected in the resumes and interview of the job seeker.

Umer Raza is engaged with the Human Resource Profession for last twelve years. He has a diverse industry exposure in dealing and working with the professionals of organizations ranging from consulting, textiles, hospitality and telecom. He has developed, designed and delivered training programs on diverse topics, during his professional career. He has also co-authored a book titled “CHOOSE OR BE CHOSEN” for young graduates and mid career professionals to prepare themselves in order to search and get a good career move.
